I guess this place died. ::pours out a forty for the SSB:: I was popping on here to see if anyone was still around and trying to match old SSB names to Facebook account names.

Hi Smaug. Yeah, the SS Oceanic Replacement still sails on, with no captain or crew.

Review of "Tomorrowland"
.....Still, it’s hard not not to feel cheated, or to wonder if it was Lindelof, still best known for his work as a showrunner on “Lost,” who effectively turned this movie into such an evasive and unsatisfying game of narrative keepaway — one whose final revelations are dispensed in haste, and with a frustrating lack of rigor.
Hmm...D'ya think?

I liked Tomorrowland more than Rotten Tomatoes did - but it was not great. I liked the hopeful message. I will generally gravitate towards stories that combat a cynical world-view. So for that, I like it. Could it have been better? sure. But I'd watch it again.

Hey DT! I'll grab it when I can, then, it looked like fun. I got carried away by the quote, esp. the "game of narrative keep away". Still working my way up to re watching LOST.... need to forget enough of the details to make it fresh again.
