I did the same thing, mink. Some of them seemed like trick questions almost and some seemed way too easy.

I fell victim to overthinking, or assuming that some of them-- because they seemed too easy-- were trick questions, so I guessed something other than what I really knew it was. DAMMIT!!

yeah, the Caribbean one is still the one that f's me up. And Oceania or whatever. But if you take the tiny island nations out of the equation, I can identify every country in the world. I don't know why that matters; it's kinda dorky. I was just watching the news one day last year and they made reference to a country, and normally when I hear the name of a place, I visualize where it is and what it borders so that I have the context for understanding what they're talking about. This particular day I realized that I didn't know exactly where this place was; in fact, I didn't even know what continent it was on, and I just felt that was unacceptable, so I made it my mission to memorize the whole world. I'm a hopeless nerd.

I'm a hopeless nerd. So am I! lol. I minored in geography/geology in college and I made it my mission a few years ago to relearn all the countries and their capitals. So I made lots of copies of blank maps and proceeded to fill them in until I got all of them correct. And I also would just sit down and write out the countries by list, too. This includes all the island nations in Oceania and the Caribbean. Sadly, after taking some of those quizzes you linked to, i realize that I am once again out of touch with some of that knowledge. So round 2 is on!!! lmao.

I will say one thing, Lost actually got me really interested in Oceania again when i was trying to figure out where the island might be. So I am very familiar with Fiji, Samoa, Tokelau, Tonga, and Kiribati. lol.
