Is Taco in Mexico? Is that where he's been? Or did work block the site again? WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!? I did go to Mexico. My friend turned forty when we were down there. I ate a lot of great food and got a nice tan. I drank a lot of rum and beer. We were on the Gulf side so most of the local foods was almost Cuban. Lots of pork dishes and rum drinks. I did that for a whole week last February and I sort of fell away from this place. Work did block this place for months. At first, I would try every day, then once a week, then once a month. Then I sorta shrugged it off. But I never forgot. I just had to change priorities. Yesterday I tried logging in on a whim and it totally worked. So until they re-block it I can be in here. I've been blathering for a while. But I think I have caught up. Promise fufilled!

Do you shop at your local Walgreens? I used to. I lived like a block from one at my last apartment. It was my go-to drug store. I moved like a block from a Target, however. So I just go there for basically everything. I think my dad goes to a Walgreens as his pharmacy out in the suburbs

When you say taco, do you mean yoni? no, I mean me. Dan from MPLS. I don't really know who yoni is unless you're talking about this guy: who oddly enough went to the University at which I am currently employed

So, d'ya think they could continue LOST? They only sketched out the history of the island post Jack, some of the actors are still available, and they sure have a bunch of mysteries to work with. Do you think it would have a big enough audience?
Also, could they do it less expensively, without the location filming, if the acting and story were compelling?

I think they could, yes.
But I don't know what kind of audience it would bring in. I suppose I would watch it and other die-hards would too - and I bet those that watched the whole series on Netflix streaming or on DVDs are a sizable chunk that would also watch.
I'm weary of such a thing, though. It would have to be pitch-perfect for it to be successful, I think. They'd never be able to get the whole cast back - not to mention the creative team - again that's just an opinion.
Even if they did bring the Bad Robot people back and all the OG cast - the better question to me is should they?
I think maybe something within the LOST universe could be pretty compelling. Maybe a whole new bunch of Losties? Maybe a prequel set in the 70s? the 50s? I dunno. It might work.
I'd much rather just see an original series that is as captivating as LOST was. We're sort of in the golden age of TV right now. Give an original idea the chance rather than try to reheat a premise that's been done.
